You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In the exact same condition that you received it

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products

  • Sale/promotional items (All sales on discounted items are final)

📝 How to Start a Return

  2. Please note: Unrequested returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
